What You Need
- 1 Packet of Celebrate Health Stirfry Recipe Base
- 14oz Tofu or 18oz Beef strips, thinly sliced
- 1 Red Onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Red Capsicum, sliced
- 1 Carrot, sliced
- Rice or Noodles as required
- Spring Onion, to garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. If using meat, add beef strips and onion, stir fry for 5 minutes or until meat is sealed. If using Tofu add and cook until outside is golden brown.
- Add recipe based, capsicum, onion and carrot
- Stir until all ingredients are coated, cover and stirfry on high for 5 minutes or until beef is cooked
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles and garnish with spring onions
