Serving Suggestion

What You Need

  • 1 Packet of Celebrate Health Stirfry Recipe Base
  • 14oz Tofu or 18oz Beef strips, thinly sliced
  • 1 Red Onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Red Capsicum, sliced
  • 1 Carrot, sliced
  • Rice or Noodles as required
  • Spring Onion, to garnish

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. If using meat, add beef strips and onion, stir fry for 5 minutes or until meat is sealed. If using Tofu add and cook until outside is golden brown.
  2. Add recipe based, capsicum, onion and carrot
  3. Stir until all ingredients are coated, cover and stirfry on high for 5 minutes or until beef is cooked
  4. Serve with steamed rice or noodles and garnish with spring onions
